Conditions

My work is for Private/Non-Liscenced work

My commissions are for private use only! You may post them online (such as on Toyhouse, Twitter, or Deviantart), but only with proper credit to me! (phoenix509)

You may NOT redistribute or resell commissioned work for money (such as making t-shirts, stickers, etc)

I retain the right to deny a commission for any reason

Do not claim my commissions as your own work.
Payment
-
All payments are processed in USD and will be paid through PayPal Invoices (or another payment service if necessary)!

Payments may be made upfront or upon the completion of the initial sketch!

No refunds will be given upon the completion of your commission

If you need to cancel, please do so either before or upon receiving the rough sketch.

You will receive a .PNG of your commission! If you prefer the background be transparent, please let me know.
Process

After payment has been received, you will be sent a progress sketch!

Small edits will be allowed during this phase (such as small edits to the face, the hair, additional fixes to the outfit, etc.) However, any major changes will result in additional fees

Please allow up to 2 months for the completion of your commission! I have a full time job + real life and, unfortunately, I cannot finish things right away. However, if anything comes up that will result in a change of date for the expected completion, I will let you know!
Commission Form
Commission Type: Please make sure to tell me what exactly you are commissioning so I can give you a proper estimate!
References: Reference images must be provided! This can be done via Character App, Pintrest Board, or a Character Sheet if you have one. If you cannot provide any reference images, please provide a detailed written description instead.
Paypal Email: I will need this upon the acception your commission.
